Hike to the Jizera Mountains inclusive of swimming in the dam!

Let’s combine another hike with some fun again!
Let’s go on a hike to the Jizera Mountains and get a deserved reward in the form of refreshment in the Bedřichov dam – the highest placed reservoir in Bohemia.

We will take a Regiojet bus from Praha-Černý Most (the terminus of the yellow – B – metro line) to Liberec, and take a train for a few more stops. Afterwards we will start hiking to Mount Poledník and Olivetská Hora (886 m asl), and after a few km of descending we can finally take a dip and refresh in the natura water of the Bedřichov dam. The first part (4km) involves some pretty steep climbing, but rest is already flat/downhill.
After all we will finish the last 3.5 km and end up at the bus stop in Bedřichov, came back to Liberec and return back to Prague at 9 pm.

PLEASE TAKE FOOD with you for the whole day. There may be an opportunitz to get something quick, but not really for proper lunch.

Meeting on Saturday at 8.45 at Praha-Černý most, platform 6. The bus leaves at 9.00. Praha-černý most is the terminus of the yellow (B) line. Finding the bus station and platform 6 may be a bit tricky, but that’s why I set the meeting time 15 prior to departure. When you arrive by the metro, you should have the platform on the right side, you exit and go down to the bus station.
Platform 6 should be right here where you see the yellow RegioJet bus.

This event is free of charge (you just need money for bus tickets (around 200 CZK), but any contribution for organizing is very welcome (consider how much you liked it, the fees I pay, my time spent etc.) If you prefer, you can do it anonymously by putting something into the white bottle in my side pocket anytime you want.
